Having grown up in different countries, I’ve gained a deep appreciation for diverse cultures. With a Palestinian father and a mother from Fort Worth, Texas, food was always at the heart of our home.
My father’s career as an airline pilot gave me an early glimpse into the world’s cuisines, taking me across the globe and introducing me to flavors I had never imagined. Eventually, I followed his path into aviation, and I found myself eagerly anticipating layovers, not just for the destinations, but for the opportunity to discover new cuisines and culinary traditions.
Now, I’m sharing that passion, because whether or not we speak the same language, we all share the language of food. My blog invites you to experience those flavors, bringing the world right to your table
